Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tawyl mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Tawyl LTD ("Tawyl", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

Tawyl provides access to home improvement products and services, including supply-and-installation bundles, via a marketplace that connects users, service professionals, and vendors.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you:

- Are at least 18 years of age

- Will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes

- Will provide accurate and complete registration information

- Are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your account

You must not:

- Violate any laws or infringe third-party rights through the Platform

- Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform or its content

- Use the Platform to redirect business or solicit customers off-platform

- Misuse content or attempt to clone the functionality or brand of Tawyl

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the security of your login credentials

- All actions taken under your account

- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

3. Vendor & Professional Responsibilities

Vendors and service professionals registered on Tawyl agree to:

- Honor service bookings and product orders

- Maintain accurate listings and availability

- Use customer data only for fulfillment purposes

- Not attempt to copy, replicate, or commercialize the Platform's structure, branding, or offerings

- Not solicit users outside the Tawyl ecosystem

Violations may result in removal, legal action, and forfeiture of payments.

4. Payments & Transactions

All payments on Tawyl are securely processed via authorized third-party payment gateways. Tawyl LTD does not store any card or bank data.

Orders, bookings, and purchases are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Vendors and service providers are paid post-fulfillment, as per Tawyl’s internal policies.

Refunds, disputes, and cancellations are governed by Tawyl’s [Refund & Cancellation Policy] in compliance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all of its content—including branding, layout, logic, design, workflows, bundles, text, graphics, and icons—are the exclusive property of Tawyl LTD and protected by UK copyright, trademark, and design laws.

You may not:

- Copy or adapt any portion of the app, website, or workflows

- Use Tawyl’s logic or features to build or support a competing product or service

- Use any content, icons, or brand assets commercially without written permission

6. Limitation of Liability

Tawyl LTD is not liable for:

- Service issues caused by third-party providers

- Damages resulting from platform misuse

- Disputes between users, vendors, or professionals

- Product quality or outcomes of service fulfillment

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the affected product or service.

7. Termination

Tawyl LTD may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

9. Modifications to These Terms

Tawyl LTD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via app or website notification. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

All intellectual property associated with the Tawyl Platform—including but not limited to the Tawyl™ name, logo, visual designs, mobile and web interfaces, content structure, service packages (including "Supply & Apply"), product workflows, and business model—is the sole property of Tawyl LTD.

Protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and relevant international IP law, no part of the Tawyl experience may be:

- Replicated

- Cloned

- Reverse engineered

- Used for commercial or competing platforms

- Shared or distributed without express written consent from Tawyl LTD

Any such attempt will result in legal action, including pursuit of damages and injunctive relief.
